Meet Master Patrick McSweeney, a passionate teacher with an incredible 30+ years of working in the world of martial arts. He has dedicated his entire life to martial arts, and has excelled in state, national, and international competitions, and earned numerous medals and awards along the way. As he has held a 6th degree black belt for several years, Master McSweeney's expertise spans across multiple martial arts styles.

Notably, he achieved a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under the guidance of Master Carlos Machado and continues to expand his knowledge under the mentorship of Professor Brad Scott. But it's not just his professional accomplishments that define him. Master McSweeney is a devoted husband and father, guided by his strong Christian faith.

He firmly believes that God and faith should underpin all our decisions. Master McSweeney's dedication and passion for martial arts make him the perfect mentor, ready to inspire and guide those on their own martial arts journeys.

Meet Mrs. Ann Michelle McSweeney, a martial arts enthusiast since the tender age of 3!

Not only does she teach classes, run camps, and manage the school, but she's also a devoted mom to three amazing kids. On top of all that, she works as a floor RN on the weekends, always putting others first.

With her CDC Heads Up, Stop the Bleed, and Safe Sport training, she's equipped to provide the best care and support to her students, ensuring their safety and success on their martial arts journey.
